UTI/CYSTITIS

UTI/Cystitis is inflammation of the urinary bladder. It may be due to infection by germs, which is called bacterial cystitis, or may be due to irritation arising for other reasons, which is called non-bacterial cystitis.

For you, as a uti/cystitis sufferer, this new and unique non-greasy cream will instantly relieve the terrible burning pain suffered by you and millions of other uti/cystitis sufferers. This handy tube can be conveniently used at any time, even when the pain strikes out of the blue. You need to apply only a small amount (usually squeeze out about 1.5cm length onto your finger) of NEW ANTONIUM™ UTI/Cystitis Cream™ to the external urethral area when the burning occurs - and you get instant pain relief - the action will last for up to 20 minutes and the relief will usually then be long-lasting. The cream can be re-applied when the next attack occurs

NON-BACTERIAL UTI/Cystitis

Only about half of uti/cystitis cases are due to infection. Non-bacterial uti/cystitis/urethritis can be attributed to a number of other factors:

  • Urinary stagnation/dehydration: This can cause the bladder and urethra to become dry and lead to an inflammation
  • Chemical irritation: Due to toiletries, perfumed soaps, talcum powder, vaginal deodorants, bubble baths and any other chemicals like detergents in washing powder which can cause chemical changes, particularly if they come into contact with the urethral opening, can cause irritation, especially in sensitive-skinned women
  • Physical irritation: This may be due to: (a) wearing very tight jeans, underwear or clothes which restrict air access and can cause friction; (b) dirty clothing, e.g. swim-suits coated with sand, and possibly soaked with salt water
  • Vigorous sexual intercourse: Use of the contraceptive diaphragm or use of condoms may also give rise to cystitis
  • Allergies: Some people have an allergic response to various foods and drinks, especially fruits or vegetables, which manifests itself as cystitis
  • Delayed emptying of the bladder: I.e. "holding on" instead of emptying the bladder when the urge to do so occurs may also be a cause of irritation
  • Excessive lifestyle irritation: An unhealthy diet such as spicy foods, alcohol, or drinks such as coffee, tea and carbonated drinks can lead to cystitis. Irritations can occur when becoming chilled or sweaty, e.g leaving a hot atmosphere and going out into the cold air without a coat can cause a chill
